These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of any goods from our website at www.fableslaststand.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. We will not file a copy of the contract concluded between us on-line and we may not necessarily keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order. You are, therefore, advised to retain a copy of these terms and conditions and your order for future reference.
Before ordering from our site, please ensure that you have read our terms of use and privacy policy, which form part of and are expressly incorporated into these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all goods supplied by Fables Last Stand (trading as Fableslaststand.com), whose registered office address is Charlton House, Chisholm Place, Hexham, Northumberland, NE46 1QL, England.

If you visit this website from outside of the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to ensure that your proposed purchase of goods from this website is compatible with your local laws. If your proposed purchase is not compatible with your local laws, you must not attempt to purchase goods from this website.
No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have accepted your order, received payment in full and sent to you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or the email address you have given. Once we have done so, there is a legally binding contract between us.
We reserve right to refuse any order at our discretion.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting such changes on our site. Your continued use of our site after notice of changes shall mean you agree to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
Stock Availability
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within 72 hours. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you give us when you place your order, except that we may not deliver to certain parts of the UK or certain jurisdictions outside of the UK in which case, we will inform you of any such restrictions upon delivery as soon as possible and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
We are committed to the delivery of your goods as quickly as possible after receipt of your payment. For UK mainland deliveries this is normally within 3 working days but please allow up to 28 days. For deliveries outside of the UK, delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
You should note any restrictions described on the site with regard to last delivery dates before holiday periods.
If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days of receiving your order, we will inform you, and then if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid.
Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, we will dispatch part of your order to you with the remainder following later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of the order is sent to you. Some items may arrive different times due to dispatch from different depots.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free to UK mainland.
If you wish to place an order for goods to be delivered outside of the UK mainland, please contact us, and we will notify you of the appropriate delivery charge and obtain your acceptance to such charges prior to processing your order.
Warranty, Returns and Availability
All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing at our address.
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven (7) working days after you receive the goods (see below). A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post, fax or email, at the address shown above, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown above. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or recredit you within thirty (30) days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for audio or video recordings of for computer software which have been unsealed by you, or for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. We will notify you at the time your order is accepted if this applies.
All goods are subject to availability. Whilst we endeavour to display products on our site that are held in stock, if the products ordered are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. We will give you the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time.
Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Payment
Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on our site at the time you place your order.
Pricing
All prices are shown in £ [GBP] sterling. All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include (in Europe ) VAT at 17.5%. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down.
The price we charge will be that quoted on the site at the time you place your order. However, you may find a different price should you look on our site at a different time.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the supply of the goods will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and you hereby acknowledge and agree that the English courts shall have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
